We offer beach chairs in the condo for your use and BEACH SERVICE (March 15th - October 31st) during the high season which consists of an umbrella & 2 beach lounge chaise set up each day for your convenience.

Our immaculate Top Floor 1 BR / 1.5 BA Gulf Front Condo has everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway! Come watch the Dolphin show from your very own private balcony, the show is amazing! You will feel your problems melt away as you take in all the beauty that surrounds you, from the morning sunrise to the breathtaking sunsets each evening. Just listening to the waves roll in under the moonlight will lull you to sleep each night.

From the moment you step inside, you'll feel truly relaxed and on an "Island Time" vacation. The owners have made their beautiful condo special by decorating with several of their own awesome and unique art creations which are on display thru-out the condo. You will be amazed by their talent.

Dolphin View is professionally decorated, very comfortable and extremely clean. For your convenience, this top floor unit is fully equipped, including a washer and dryer inside the unit! Stay once and you'll be a repeat guest again and again.

Our intention is to provide you with the cleanest condo on the beach!! There is a strict NO PETS ALLOWED policy for this unit.

This trip was wonderful!! Our host, Sarah, was so kind and the condo was decorated so beautifully costal-cozy! Our view was incredible, I could seriously sit on the balcony all day, not to mention being as close to the beach any condo could be. The accommodations were wonderful, as well as the up to date appliances. We left with sun-kissed skin, bags full of sand, and heart full of gratitude! Thank you for all of the hospitality! Cozy Condo Get Away

This condo was absolutely perfect! Every little detail was considered for your stay, the decor, beach chairs, beach towel and a cabinet in the kitchen which had spices, coffee, etc. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and you could see the ocean the minute you walked thru the door. It was exactly what I needed to reset my mind and soul. I will definitely be staying at this beautiful little gem, that I am so thankful I ran across.

The condo was nice and the view was amazing BUT it would've been nice to know that the entire front balcony and steps were rotted and being held up by temporary stilts. We probably would've chosen a different location. Also it does list that its on the 3rd floor but doesnt list that there isnt an elevator

Our stay here was wonderful! The condo is right on the beach and just a short drive to the Fort Walton Beach boardwalk area. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will certainly be back!

Relaxing get away

We came down for the weekend to relax in peace and quiet after the holidays. 302 was perfect for that. We turned the a/c off and opened the balcony doors, sipped homemade cocktails and had food delivered. It was wonderful.

This condo was wonderful. We were excited to see the listing represents the condo accurately. The beach view on the balcony at sunset was breathtaking. Property Manager was prompt with communication. This kitchen was fully stocked and then some. The decor was nice and everything was very clean and comfortable. The beach chairs and umbrella were included with the rental which made it fantastic as well. We have only good things to say about #302 Island Sands!

Beautiful beach vacation

My wife and I had a wonderful vacation at this property. The views of the ocean were great. The property was very clean and was decorated beautifully in a beach theme. We were able to see dolphins multiple times while eating breakfast on the balcony. Definitely would stay at this location again if we come back to this area.

Wonderful Vacation Getaway

My wife and I stayed for a week as a “babymoon” before our first child is born. We loved everything about the condo, especially the location! It’s perfectly situated far enough down Okaloosa Island that you feel removed from the busyness of the area, but still close enough that most everything is a short drive (including our favorite seafood restaurant, Stewby’s)! The beach in front was never overly crowded and the top floor unit provided a perfect view. We would definitely stay again!
