Breathtaking views of the Gulf from the balcony of this top floor end unit. Beautiful white sands and clear waters of the Gulf await. You will have an updated kitchen and dining area for four. The building is situated directly on the beach with no roads to cross. Parking is plentiful and convenient. There are two elevators on site to carry you up to the top floor. Easy access to attractions such as Oakaloosa Pier, boat rentals, Gulfarium, Crab Island, and downtown Fort Walton. Beach Service with 2 chairs and umbrella will be provided from March through October.

View from the balcony is outstanding. Able to see up and down the beach for miles. Place is very clean. Decor just right and not overwhelming. Kitchen fully functional with the necessities needed.
