Bluefish 105-This beautiful new townhome is back on the rental market with Best Beach Getaways. Be the first to stay in this beautiful 2 story townhome directly on the bay. This will be a decision you won't regret.

This new home has beautiful floor to ceiling windows with views of the water on Okaloosa Island. It includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and beautiful views of the sound from both levels. The location, quality, and age classify this property as nothing short of unique. Unit 105 is located within walking distance (approx. 3-5 minutes) to the pristine white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast, and just a short boat ride away from the Destin Harbor, Crab Island, and some of the best boating/ fishing in the world. Additional amenities include a community pool with sun deck. Balcony entrance from the living room for upper floor. Covered patio access from Queen room downstairs. There is parking for 2 vehicles (only) including a private garage.


Master bedroom features king bed with ensuite on the top floor.
Guest bedroom has a queen bed with access to the covered patio and ensuite.
2nd guest bedroom has a queen bed with shared bathroom for bunk room.
Bunk room has twin bunks and twin trundle.
Beach access directly across the street. This is an easy walk or you can drive if you prefer. There are covered pavilions on the boardwalk
Community pool for Soundside Lofts Community guests and even a small sand area for the kiddos to play.
Contactless entry-we will send out your carefree instructions prior to check in date so no checking in with anyone. Large enough to sleep 8 adults.
Guests do not have access to the marina or boat slips per HOA rules.

Not renting a car during your stay? We have restaurants within walking distance: Stewby's (with some of the best gumbo and po'boys found in Okaloosa County) and AJ's.
If you decide to drive down, you have 2 parking spots available. Just a short drive around the corner, take a walk on the Okaloosa pier. See marine wildlife, rent some fishing gear and even get a temporary license to fish. There are multiple restaurants at the pier as well as souvenir shops. Destin is just a short 15 minute drive away to enjoy go carts, shopping, put put golf and so many great restaurants. Boat slips are not available for guests per community rules.

You will be amazed from the moment you walk in the front door of the views from this beautiful townhome.

Overall beautiful property. A few cleanliness issues, and lacked some amenities that would have been nice to have in the kitchen (Tupperware containers for leftovers, plastic plates for kids). Also found an iron but no ironing board. Friendly neighbors and an easy walk or drive to the public beach access.

Gorgeous home! We always prefer the bay side with the short walk to the beach than staying right on the beach. The bay offers the opportunity to kayak, fish, etc. Home was beautiful, the pool was nice, great view. And amazing view of the fireworks!

Great place to vacation!

We loved this place! It was very clean, very comfy, pretty boujee and located in a great spot close to everything. The amenities are great and this place was excellent to just relax on the bad weather days too. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great location, quiet and close to beach

Love the area! Place is clean and close to beach with a waterfront view. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool and fishing at the dock! Beach is only a few mins away and fishing at the pier is about 5 mins drive. Will definitely stay again when the chances arise.

I highly recommend this stay!

Everything was great and comfy… It was a great listing to book. Considering the fact that we were booking from out stay from out of town & were 3 1/2 hrs away from home. We got the chance to check in early due to us arriving a couple hrs ahead of time. We will most definitely be booking again!
