Daily free BEACH SERVICE!!!! ..no more hauling chairs and umbrellas down to the Beach! Your umbrella and 2 chairs await you! PADDLEBOADS and KAYAKS are also available to rent on the beach behind the condo from the same beach service that offers your beach chairs!! Sunscreen also provided, located in the bathroom medicine cabinet. You'll find beach toys, floats, nets, chairs, and an umbrella on the closest.
From the new Serta sleeper sofa (with added 4 ‘memory foam topper ) and swival chair (added Sept 2024), to the very comfy king size bed and furniture, (added Dec. 2022) you will have a difficult time saying no to this fantastically priced beach front gem. Enjoy shrimp boils in the fully stocked kitchen...or enjoy a cocktail on the balcony in new chairs (added Dec '24). Grill that perfect steak on the balcony charcoal grill outside which we provide as well for a surf and turf night!! All the supplies you need for grilling are provided. Honeymoon Perfection

My wife and I wanted to recreate our first vacation together for our honeymoon and what a gem we found. Cyndi is thoughtful, kind and communicative. The condo is PERFECT. Steps from the water and a few minutes drive from every kind of restaurant you could ever want. The only reason I gave our stay 5 stars is because I can’t give it 6!!!!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay as we celebrated our anniversary. The location is great- you are literally steps from the beach- and the chair service was great. Nothing beats the gulf coast sunrises and sunsets in October!

The only thing I could say negative is that they don’t do justice with the pictures of the beach that you see from your balcony. This place is absolutely amazing. The inside is beautifully decorated. The hostess was amazing with communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We try to seek out smaller properties to avoid the crowds and this one is perfect. There were only 7 umbrellas on the beach during our stay! Fully stocked kitchen and extra beach supplies in the closet. Newly remodeled and comfy bed. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful place right by the ocean

We felt so special and pampered by the owner. The little touches, candles and lotions. We had a wonderful week and will definitely stay in this condo again. Its right on the water and has beach service. We were staying a week and the free beach service saved us a ton. My niece is autistic and even she felt safe and at home. Best vacation spot ever!!

Quick get away

Going through VRBO was so easy to find places that fit our needs. Cyndi was wonderful to work with and was there when we needed her. Loved how close we were to the beach. Bedroom is on back side over looking beach.!Beach chairs are included and you can use the amenities next door at the hotel. Will definitely stay here again.
