This property is just a 2-5 minute walk to the beautiful Emerald Coast beach! One block from door to the stunning sand and waters! This comfortable one bedroom property features a queen bed, full bathroom, full kitchen and full size washer and dryer. Kitchen features appliances to include dishwasher, glass top stove/oven, microwave, and fridge. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Living room and bedroom have ceiling fans, smart tvs, and a split unit wall ac to keep you in comfort during your stay. The bathroom boasts tub/shower combo. This unit has a set of stairs for entry but is all on one floor once inside. Shared backyard space to roam and grills to enjoy. The beach access point is just a short walk away. Boat parking upon request is available. *Please note this property is not handicap accessible due to stairway to access front door.

Our stay was wonderful! This condo is the perfect size for two people. A cozy living room and bedroom, small kitchen with enough space for cooking, and nice bathroom. Management was very easy to get in touch with the day of check-in, and check-out instructions were easy to follow. The included dishes, towels, washer/dryer, and complimentary items were life savers. The condo is within walking distance to a beach access point as well as a few restaurants. My wife and I had a great vacation at this condo!

Perfect place for us

Some reviews noted this apt was very small- we found it perfect for us in size. Air conditioning in bedroom was a small plug in unit that put out as much hot air as cool, did have ceiling fans. That bed was nice. The pull out couch bed was mostly springs and you could feel every one so we just slept on the couch itself. Very handy having a washer and dryer when going to the beach everyday. Fort Walton beaches were 10/10 and about a 2 min drive away. That was by far our favorite part. Close enough to Destin without dealing with the Destin traffic to get to the beach. I would stay here again

Well furnished small apartment.

Well furnished, renovated older building. About a block from the beach. The QR codes on the wall with info on checkin and checkout plus area info was a nice touch. Property is on 2nd story so need to be able to navigate stairs.

Family

We was looking for just something small for our family of 4 to lay our heads down at night and maybe a few home cooked meals for a good price while visiting for my daughters Nation Softball Tournament. This was perfect for us!! Short walk to the beach/and if you didn’t want to walk there was always parking at the beach access points! Very quiet neighborhood was always nice to sit outside in the evening/night! Even though we didn’t have any real issue when we did speak to Tiffany she was wonderful and very sweet! Lastly the check in process was absolutely my favorite! Just put your code in and done! No hassle of waiting in line check in process! We will definitely be back and at this moment wanting to book for next year already!!

Terrible Neighborhood

First, it was almost impossible to find, then even harder to get into. The key was in a lockbox that was difficult to open and a day later (after having to find other accommodations) the lock was so stiff it took multiple tries to unlock. Once inside I was appalled by the cramped quarters. The living room had one small loveseat while the washer and drier sat in the open. The bathroom was dated with mold around the tub and the kitchen so cramped only one person can enter at a time and must step aside to let anyone enter the bathroom. The bathroom entrance is directly behind and very close to the kitchen area making it very user unfriendly. I would never recommend this property. We ended up staying in other accommodations.
