The hallways were very pungent with cooking odors. The walls were very thin and the room above us could be heard loudly walking around well into 3am each night. Itmade it VERY difficult to sleep.

When we went to book our hotel we were looking for a clean family friendly place. The pictures of this hotel totally differ from what the room actually looks like. When you walk to the elevator it immediately smelled gross. You get in the elevator and the whole thing shakes going up and down it. The room did not make things any better. The room smelled and felt grungy. The couch had stains all over it. The counter in the bathroom look dirty but we think it was just stained that way. The bathtub had a chunk of it missing. There was dust caked on the sprinklers in the room, the aur vents and on the dresser. The air kept kicking off and on all night. There was no way to keep the street light out of the room as it came in through the top of the curtains, and the street noise made it hard to get any sleep. We left more tired than when we got there after a day of driving.

Horrible

There was no water for shower. There were workers that were replacing hot water heaters I was told one hour and 3 hours later still no water. As I was calling for a refund the fire alarm went off because of whatever the workers were doing. The place stunk and everything was dated like old old!
