Beautiful location directly across the street from Loch Linnhe. The desk and housekeeping staff we met were all lovely. The room was comfortable and fairly recently updated. We included dinner and breakfast in our reservation. The dinners were fantastic and the full breakfast buffet was quite well stocked. Short drive to lots of lovely attractions. They also had some live entertainment in the bar in the evenings. We enjoyed our stay!

Food was barely passable had better in a Beefeater pub! Staff were very good. Room was a family room which Expedia wouldn’t let us book any other type - we wanted a double with views! Disappointing stay won’t be going back !

Stayed here for access to hiking and outdoor activities. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Nice view of the loch from the lounge. The room however was very small, old and tired. The bathroom was too bizarre to describe.

Booked a King Bed room. Paid extra for that. Got there. Told the hotel doesnt have king beds. Got two twin beds instead. Manager said not their fault. No empathy. Shower drain plugged. Almost overflowed. My wife tripped and almost fell on a broken step outside the hotel. Old, dated. Would not stay there again.

Very run down very expensive honestly more like a blackpool hotel with a view staff were polite but hotel well over priced for what you get and thats coming from a couple that happily stay at cheap blackpool rooms

Doning and bar areas were good condition. Windows and frames all a bit tired. Room facilities were adequate. Limited plug sockets in convenient locations. The room was well decorated and clean. The furniture and facilities i.e Bathroom fan were all very tired and in need of upgrade. The restaurant provided a limited menu at dinner. Breakfast was better. Fried eggs were hard and scrambled egg more like an egg custard. Location was excellent.

The main areas are nice, and breakfast was good, but the room was tired and a a bit shabby. Radiator didn't work so very cold. Very thin duvet. Could all use a refresh. Okay but not great for the price!

Staff was nice, although a little unprofessional in the bar area. Property is very dated with worn out carpets, old furnishings, stained tub. Despite poor general upkeep, it appeared to be clean when looking closer. Bed was small and very uncomfortable- could feel springs. We would not choose to stay here again.

Great Staff

Hotel is dated but clean and comfortable, Bar food was good quality and reasonably priced. Breakfast very good is a buffet breakfast. Staff were efficient and very pleasant, I needed to change rooms prior to check in due to mobility issues, they readily acceded to my request. Good hotel would recommend easily.

The staff gave us, including our wee dog, a warm welcome and they were helpful throughout our stay. We had a front facing room, overlooking the loch. It was stunning! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
