Bad service

I paid for a two bed deluxe suite and was put in a smaller one bed room, the check-in experience was terrible as the front desk receptionist was extremely rude and the check-in experience took too long despite being the only person there. I would never stay at that hotel again. Upon bringing the incorrect room up to the staff, they proceeded to show me confidential information as to the names of other guests along with how they booked, their special request and their room number. Extremely unprofessional.

Was not very happy with room it was hot and very small, sink was very slow to drain no body soap. I was hoping we could’ve canceled. We live and we learn. And we had to find our own parking had to walk a distance. Valet parking is available for $40.
