Well there was no staff working at the hotel I didn’t see that it was advertised like that. You had to keep calling a number. When using the tv you had to create a ruko account. Before I could unpacked I packed up and moved to another hotel. The bar area wasn’t open nor did it look like it ever opens just a bare room bar with a sign on the front window saying space for lease. Very disappointing

Such a lovely hotel!! Beautiful property, immaculately clean room and bathroom. Modern decor and nice amenities! Bed and linen was comfy! The hotel bar was fantastic and w/ really nice live music performance and cozy atmosphere! The breakfast was delicious! So many choices and high quality foods. Loved the Nespresso machine for decadent espresso! Valet parking was pricey but you had little options. We will definitely be staying here again and for longer next time to take advantage of the city and all that Fort Worth has to offer!

Clean room great location. Only issue the room is weird. Double room but no door separating the shower bathroom from the rest of the room. Come out the shower to no privacy. To me not worth the price.

Walked into the room and immediately noticed it smelled freshly cleaned. Staff was helpful and nice. New Years so it was packed. I will say I enjoyed the fresh coffee in the lobby in the morning and a noon checkout. The location is great for Sundance square, good food, and some cool bars and entertainment. The only downside is that this hotel starts on the second story. You take the elevator up to check in and then up to your floor. It definitely meant all traffic out of the hotel was going up and down 3 elevators. It also made the space feel a little claustrophobic. I didn’t realize that the lobby being in the 1st level affected the vibe of the hotel so much. It did feel a bit small. All in all it was a nice fit for a short stay in NYE but if looking at other hotels near by with the same price range I might consider another.
