Room was not even swept and it didn’t seem like the bedding was changed at all since we found dried cheese inside the layers of linen. Should also start bleaching linen cause of the multiple blood stains

Unfortunately, our stay was terrible. As soon as we entered the room, there was a strong, unpleasant smell that made it clear the room had not been properly cleaned. The bed linens were visibly dirty, with dried stains, crumbs, and hair on both the sheets and pillows. This was extremely concerning and unacceptable. The room overall looked neglected and did not appear to have been cleaned between guests. To make matters worse, we saw cockroaches in the room, including a dead one in the bathtub. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and sanitation. We contacted the front desk to request fresh linens due to the dirty bedding. We were told we would have to wait about an hour, which was already inconvenient. Shortly after, the staff member hung up on us, and no one ever came to replace the linens. There was no follow-up or attempt to resolve the issue. This experience was very disappointing and far below basic hotel standards. Cleanliness and customer service were both severely lacking. I would not recommend staying here and will not be returning.

All of it was bad the room didn’t have TV so I called the front she said there was nothing that could be done so I hung up said I’ll give her some time to figure it out called back changed rooms then no ashtray in new room called said there was nothing she could do for me it was just a terrible experience.

There was a dark spot on the duvet cover and on the bottom sheet that looks like the sheets had not been changed and we’re dirty one morning. I went down to breakfast and the milk in the carton with sour the orange juice and the orange juice dispenser was bad and tasted bad was discoloured. There’s no one at the service desk to help and you have to ring a bell. The room smelled mouldy.

Waited almost 25 minutes to get checked in because nobody was in the lobby. The room was stinky smell like cigarettes and housekeeping. Tried to come in both doors at 10:00 a.m. when check-in was at 11:00 without knocking just opening the doors.
