We showed up, with two exhausted babies, thirty minutes after check-in time (3:30). We walked into the lobby and it was jammed packed full of people waiting for their rooms. Went up to the front desk and was told it would be 20 minutes until my room would be ready. So we waited but I just think this shouldn’t be happening
