Arrived at 3:30 pm & the room was not ready! I thought the desk clerk processed me in all but issuing me keys as she ran my credit card for incidentals, however, I had to do this all again later when I returned. Didn’t know parking was an additional $15. I won’t stay here again as I feel the cost for an overnight stay should include parking on the premises. Hide the price of parking in our nightly fee so we don’t know not charge us additional! What are we supposed to do? Park across the street for free! It’s just a matter of principle for me.

The layout of this hotel is odd. you have to travel down the first floor room hallway to even get to the elevator to take you up. I did not eat at the hotel. There are no place (restaurants or fast food) nearby to eat. Only Mexican and Asian I would not recommend this Double Tree it does not stand up to expected Doubletree standards.

The rooms were dirty, I had to move to three different rooms due to issues with the electricity and bugs. I wish I would’ve read the reviews on google because their ratings and feedback were more accurate than Expedia. It smelt like weed and the cleanliness was really horrible
