Very peaceful place. Walking distance to Dickies arena, Modern Art Museum, Botanical gardens and more! Separate Garage and washroom for clothes.

Grab tacos from taco heads, and walk to the Dickies arena for a concert, or hang with your family at the museums, and university park.
