Very dated. The ceiling in the room was peeling off as well as in the shower. The floor next to the bed had something sticky on it, would definitely suggest wearing shoes while in the room. The tub was an off yellow color and stained.

The hotel's cleanliness was poor. In my room, the curtains were dirty with spots, and the carpet looked dirty too. The most disgusting part was finding a two-inch cockroach on the stair door. It is clear that the pest control is not working correctly.

First of all: very clean room. I haven't been into a clean room in a while on my last trips. This is an excellent hotel, with a lot of great features. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Dallas.
