I never made it to this hotel because of the massive snowstorm that hit almost half the country in January - including both Ohio where I live and Texas where this hotel is located. Travel was impossible. I've reached out to the Hampton Inn & Suites Keller Town Center several times trying to explain what happened and ask for a refund. Hotels.com has also contacted them multiple times on my behalf. The hotel hasn't responded to any of us - not even to say no. I understand hotels have cancellation policies, but this was a major weather emergency that affected their own area. I didn't cancel because my plans changed - I couldn't travel because of the storm. It seems fair to at least get a response and some understanding given the circumstances. This is particularly hard because the charge is coming from the non-profit I work for. We're paying for a room that sat empty during a snowstorm, and the hotel won't even acknowledge our emails. I really appreciate how helpful Hotels.com has been through this whole process. They've shown genuine care and effort. The contrast with Hampton Inn's complete silence is pretty stark. It's disappointing to see how they handle situations when things go wrong. I'm still hoping they'll do the right thing and issue a refund, but so far the lack of any communication has been really frustrating.

Great customer service , housekeepers are outstanding, the rooms are clean and they do a an excellent job cleaning the rooms , the location is excellent everything is in walking distance, I stay at Hampden inn when I come to Keller every 3 months , I use to go to SOUTHLAKE, but I enjoy the service and the people at Hampton in, the entire staff goes above and beyond for their customers.
