The room was not updated. The lighting was poor, very dark. It reminded me of motel vibes very cheap. The breakfast was bacon bits and powdered eggs, very cold potatoes served on dollar tree paper plates. Because I booked through a third party, I was told I wouldn't able to get a refund for canceling 1 day. I lost money. I will not be returning to Hyatt Place.

The tub in our room was clogged, but since the maintenance personnel had already left for the day, management quickly put us into a different room (the front desk employee tested the tub + drain before offering the move). Great water pressure, plenty of hot water. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, plentiful. Easy access to Target and restaurants. All of the employees we encountered were really friendly, welcoming.
