If I could give this listing a zero I would, I was contacted by the host two days before the check in and was told I was being moved to a different location because of unforeseen circumstances. I looked at the new listing and NO it wasn’t going to work for our group, I requested a refund owner told me it was a mistake, and the house would be ready when we got there. On our day of arrival owner ghosted me all day would not answer messages, wouldn’t answer the phone the first time I called. She finally answered at 4:18 (check in time was 4:00) she said “what time is it” she said I’ll send you the access code now. I drove to the location still no access code. Got to the house cleaners had the driveway blocked, so we had to park in front of the neighbors house, neighbors kept watching us like we were doing something wrong. We did see the cleaners come out of the house and dust out a rug, there was a lot of trash that came off, soon after the cleaners left so that tells me the house was not cleaned properly for my stay. The neighborhood is very unsatisfactory, very unsafe feeling. The front porch brick on the side was crumbling. If you look at the listing there is no pictures of the outside of the house and for good reason because it is in a awful part of town. I contacted VRBO and told them the situation and wanted a refund. They are going to see what they can do on their end. I doubt I will get my money back. But please stay far away from this listing.
