The room they gave me had not been cleaned, just the minimum for somebody else to sleep there. Unfortunately I cannot post pictures here, but there were used pieces of soap bars in the shower, hairs (of different “types”) on the bathroom floor, there were small pieces of tissue on the carpet around the bed, and finally, the bed cover was torn (a hole the size of the palm of my hand). Completely unacceptable. When I went to the front desk to complain, the man there got impatient when I was showing him the pictures and offered me another room. I told the guy that if he gave me a similar room, I would ask for my money back. He gave me a room on the third floor (the first room was on the second floor), and this one was very clean. Seemed to me that they have some rooms “really clean” ready in case somebody complains. Needless to say, I will never come back to The “Best” Western hotels.

Get to hotel to check in for the reservation that I had for one room/king size bed and the front desk informs be my reservation was cancelled. I never authorized or requested a cancellation at any time. They could not tell why or who canceled my reservation. So I went next door and got a room at Fairfield Marriott.

The front staff is very nice. The room was clean. However waht really creeped me out was when I saw a roach bait box on the floir under the bathroom sink. The sink is located in the room, only the shower and toilet has a door. So you can plainly see it. Why would there be roaches in the rooms? I let them come in a ckean rrom the next day only to find it was still in the same spot when we got back. I took pictures. This is not ok! We were in Room 349. Also after they cleaned the room I didn’t receive the same amount of towels or a towel for the shower floor. I would not recommend a room that is on the freeway side, the sound of traffic is so loud all night long I couldn't sleep. The pillows are ridiculous, why are the half the size of a standard pillow?

Room very nice but needs some maintenance. Few items have been misused from previous customers. Hall ways need to be leaned up. No fault of the hotel but on our floor someone clearly smoking weed inside their room.

I walked in and the front sliding door was broken and they were working on it. The front lobby was decent until you walk down the hallway and you visibly see trash scattered throughout the hallway. I went to check out a room and found that the room was not ascetically pleasing. The furniture in the room had stains. The lights didn’t work around the headboard. I returned to the front desk to ask for a different room. He assigned a different room and I went to check that room out. Astonishing how much of the same remnants were present. This room the door wouldn’t close and lock I had to slam it in order for the lock to catch. There was still trash everywhere on this floor as well. I returned to the front desk to inform the attendant and he was upset that I asked for him to cancel my reservation. After continued professionalism from myself he stated that he would have to charge me for one night. I didn’t agree but I knew that I wasn’t staying and he seen the disappointment on my face. He stated that he would give me a full refund. I checked out both rooms within a matter of 15 minutes. Please don’t let the pictures fool you. This establishment just needs to be updated and cleaning needs to be addressed immediately
