How this is a “4 star hotel” is beyond me. I’m not even going to get into the construction- that is what it is. But the hotel is super gross inside, my pillows smelled like soured laundry; TWO SETS of pillows I’ll add till I had clean ones. Dingy, stinky, and outdated for simple terms. Only reason it’s not a 1 is because the door and valet men are very nice and professional as well as the front desk- you guys find another place to work, this place is a sinking ship.

I called the front desk and they stated that there was a property wide outage and that they did not know when it would be back on. I needed to be at a meeting in an hour and needed to shower. The location was amazing. The hotel is under construction or remodel, so the staff was wildly disorganized, the room was not very clean, and the room we were in was not the remodeled side, so it was pretty poor quality all around. Bed was very uncomfortable, shower didn’t work properly, floors were very dirty and there was visible mold and water damage near the room door. Construction workers set off the fire alarms and the staff never came out to tell the guests if it was safe to return back inside. We missed our morning commitments due to the fire alarm making us delay. They state that it is valet-only parking, but the valet service attendant smelled absolutely awful and made our car smell terrible for the whole day. Nobody seems to know who is in charge. The friendliest and most helpful people were the cleaning staff. Luckily they comped our valet charges, but the whole stay was definitely not worth it. Always enjoy the facilities, the staff, and the service. But, the rooms could use a couple of changes. Looking forward to the renovations bringing more counter space in the bathrooms and softer mattresses.
