The man who checked me in didn’t say two words to me, barely recognized my existence. No elevator and the room extremely old and just dirty looking. The bedding was paper thin and found an old cigarette wrapper in my bed. Needless to say we left

Hotel smelled of moth balls/fabulosa/chemically. Room felt dingy/unclean. Pillows seemed flat/well-worn. (There was even an empty water bottle on floor when we first entered, which added to the unclean feeling). Other clientele made it seem unsafe— one drinking at the entrance, another loudly yelling something as he walked down hall with a stick, etc. We did not stay. Even though I knew we’d be charged the night, we found another hotel to stay at.

BEDBUGS! We were booked to stay 4 nights, but we only were in the hotel for a total of 20 MINUTES. I get it that it was nonrefundable, however BEDBUGS (and not to mention a filthy atmosphere) should be the exception to the rule. We didn't even get an apology!!!

The bathroom was dingy, and the toilet seat didn't even fit the bowl
Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of the large bedbug on the pillow...I was too upset and grossed out!
