My kids love this hotel. We have been to another Tru where we had an equally splendid experience. The staff are exceptional. They are very polite, professional, and super helpful. The only reason I gave the hotel a 5 star was because I could not give them 6 star rating.

The check in was easy and lobby personal were great. However when it says coffee, there is no coffee pot in the room. There are only amenities in the lobby and most you have to pay extra except coffee and water. Wi-Fi is available if you sign up for Hilton Honors or if you want it free you have to do extra work. If you accidentally sign up it cost. The hallway to the rooms also had No A/C. several customers said something on our floor. If you are looking for something quick and easy with great staff then this is the place. Just wanted you to be aware when it says amenities. Really isn’t!!
