Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I made the reservation in November 2024 and WHEN I Arrived at the apto. They said I did not have reservation , I had to wait for more than an hour for a conversation between the owner of the apartment and the concierge. In short, my check-in was not authorized and I had to look for another apartment so I could spend New Year's Eve.
