The hotel offers excellent accommodations for those seeking to enjoy the beaches of Fortaleza. Right across the street from various beach clubs, the hotel provides a wonderful continental breakfast and professional, courteous service from all its staff. And it´s only a 15-minute drive to downtown Fortaleza!

Good beach hotel but could be better

So the overall experience was good… great breakfast and great restaurant. The room was clean but the bathroom fan would leak water every time it was turned on… don’t know why. AC was great… but I also never got my hotels.com VIP silver bonuses… such as free drinks or discount to park so that’s why it left me lacking… paid for extras and didn’t get them.

Good beach hotel

Great location very close to the beach. Sad that their beach club is quite far from the hotel, directly opposite to the hotel is another, rather bad club. Hotel is in good shape, with the usual flaws to be expected in Brasil, eg. that they only have two elevators that are not connected which makes them highly inefficient (both elevators going to the same floor instead of just one). Also strange that you have to pay for each coffee capsule consumed in the room. Most staff at the breakfast was just standing around chitchatting with each other, shift could be run with half of the employees... Breakfast delicious with many options and variety.

This hotel is a 4 star . I don’t understand the 9.2 evaluation is was showing on line . The staff is not friendly at all . The food is not that good. There were dirty dishes with left over food left at the stairs for days . It was starting to smell garbage. The area around the hotel has nothing to offer after 5:30 pm . There are no restaurants or places to go . Either you take a taxi and go to a different area or you are stuck at the hotel. Not a good idea to walk at night . I wish I had found a honesty, complete review before I went there . If I ever go back, I would stay at Meireles /beira mar area .

Spijtige, ligt wat afgelegen alleen de zee met strand aan de overkant , maar wel opgelet als je er rond 6u gaat joggen, ga dan niet langs de gevaarzone op het strand dus richting Fortaleza, dat kwam de politie mij zeggen tijdens het joggen steeds een taxi of uber nemen. Zeer proper hotel en vriendelijk maar ze spreken er alleen maar Portugees.

Desde o momento do check-in até o até o check-out somente elogios. Quarto limpo e sempre arrumado, troca diária de toalhas, café incrível, completo e com muita variedade. Além de tudo os hóspedes tem 15% de desconto na barraca da praia e acesso as piscinas. Fomos muito bem atendidos, até mesmo em questões específicas como guardar a Insulina no gelo e cozinha. Após o check-out ainda utilizamos as dependências para banho e troca de roupa. RECOMENDO!

Pontos fortes - O hotel tem piscina aquecida, cafe da manha muito bom, mas quando chega perto das 10 da manha acaba quase tudo. Nao fique no quarto 116, pois tem um exaustor da cozinha que liga todo dia as 6 da manha. No meu caso ligou as meia noite um dia e eu pedi para mudar de quarto, mas o funcionario informou que nao podia pois estava cheio. No dia seguinte ligou as 6 da manhã e não conseguia dormir então proporam uma mudanca de quarto. Moveis precisam de reparo.
