TThe area surrounding the hotel is quite dirty and filled with homeless people, making me feel unsafe. Dining at the hotel's three-part restaurant, I was charged 9 reais for a cup of hot water, which is ridiculous. However, the rooms are okay. I would not choose to stay here again. But it's suitable for a short trip.

Parking was complicated as it was only one way, and you need to give your car keys to the maintenance person. The hotel room had an infiltration that made the floor around the window wet. The reception did not have a computer for guest or hardware example (mouse, charger) that the guest could use in case of an work emergency, for the price of the stay, it’s a very easy fix for them. The wifi did not work for most of the time there. THE RESTAURANT WAS AMAZING!!!! Breakfast was so vast, and the place looked so tropical and welcomed, I would come back just to have breakfast and lunch over there.

Nice hotel, but small bathroom

Room was fine. AC was good. Breakfast was acceptable, though not as much variety as I expected. The bathroom in the room was very small. Shower was spacious, sink was ok, but everything was on top of one another

Limpeza e Gentileza impecáveis!

Em 2021 definitivamente o hotel mais rigoroso com as condições de higiene e sanitárias que visitei! O Café da manhã, quarto, lobby com limpeza frequente e impecável! A gentileza de TODOS os funcionários Tb chamam atenção. Mas assim, todos que vai do segurança, passando pelo atendente (Ex. Alexandre) à Maria, que nos ajuda no café e providenciou um omelete de queijo e frango simplesmente incrível! Os quartos são bem equipados : Banheiro completo, com itens de higiene bem dignos (não são aqueles sabonetes ruins, sabe?), uma varandinha uma graça! A única coisa que pode melhorar.. As camas (2 juntas) acabavam não sendo confortáveis no encontro entre elas, ficando um "buraco" ao deitar.

Nice clean property in good location by the beach. Fisherman’s market one minute walk. I believe the units in this hotel is privately owned and they are managed by the Company, that explains the different decor and storages I different units. Beware of the mini bar, as there are no price list in the room , so you may think the water is free, but it’s not, they charge for everything!!!! To our surprise, we were charged RS10.00 for ice!!!

Incredible deal for a beachside hotel

I love this hotel! For the price, it is always a great deal. It's right on the beach, and all of the rooms have at least a partial view of the ocean, and the city just put in a cute park on the other side. The suite w/separate living rooms are very comfortable (although it could use a TV in there, too). I've stayed in a lot of hotels in Fortaleza over the past few years, but I no longer bother searching for other places - I just get the Hotels.com deal for Intercity, and I am all set.

Fiquei em um quarto no primeiro andar. O quarto era muito velho, com um pessimo aspecto de manutenção ou adequação para fim hoteleiro, e com um cheio insuportável de produto de limpeza, similar a naftalina. As janelas todas travadas nao permitiram abri-las para entrada de ar. O chuveiro saia pouquissima agua, obrigando a escolher a parte do corpo a banhar. Uma experiencia para nao repetir. Só me sujeitei porque fiz checkin 1:00am e necessitava descansar para sair logo cedo na manhã seguinte.
