This hotel has once upon a time been fantastic and have the potential to be so again but right now it is in a very poor state. We hade to change room 3 times in 2 daqys because of broken shower and excessive black mold, we also killed more cockroaches then you expect in a hotel at this pricerange . The wifi in the rooms was next to non existant but worked fine in the restaurant and bar. The restaurant was closed in the evening and the brekfast was " not fantastic"

It is an old building falling apart. This hotel unfortunately falls short of expectations, particularly when contrasted with the polished images presented online. While the front desk staff showed commendable hospitality, that was the extent of the positive experience. The condition of the rooms was disappointing, with issues such as uncleanliness, torn curtains, an odorous mattress, and dirty windows. Although the breakfast selection appeared adequate, the refusal to prepare fresh scrambled eggs and opting instead for microwaving the morning's leftovers was a letdown, exacerbated by the cook's unfriendliness. The hotel's swimming pool, despite boasting a stunning view, was marred by murky water that obscured the bottom and surrounded by low-quality plastic furniture. Additionally, the delayed opening of the pool further detracted from the experience. The early closure of the restaurant and bar was a significant inconvenience, limiting evening options. An incident involving a denied request for enjoying a bottle of wine by the pool due to an impending area closure, despite previous assurances of accessibility, was particularly frustrating. Ultimately, our stay was underwhelming, leading us to spend the majority of our time elsewhere, including dining at local restaurants in Cumbuco and visiting another beach club. A notable inconvenience was the difficulty in securing transportation from the hotel, as both Uber and other taxi services were unreliable in this location.

O ambiente que era reservado para os hóspedes não estava sendo limpo. As piscinas estavam sujas. Fazendo com que utilizássemos os ambientes compartilhados com visitantes, o que estava muito cheio e não teve tanta privacidade. A cama de casal estava com molas aparentes o que me deixou desconfortável ao dormir .

A recepção foi maravilhosa! Todos educados, simpáticos e prontos para ajudar. O quarto estava maravilhoso, limpo, cheiroso. Perfeito! O café da manhã estava maravilhoso. Porém: Acesso deixa a desejar (pavimentação com buracos, pouca iluminação pública e isolada de outras casas e hotéis). Não houve serviço de quarto (camareira), Não há informações de guia de passeios e áreas turísticas (recebemos somente orientações de um fotógrafo local quando solicitamos). Serviço de jantar local até às 17:30 (há indicação da recepção de restaurante nas proximidades). Piscinas não aquecidas.

Reservamos um tipo de quarto, nos colocaram em um de baixa qualidade, questionamos e disseram que não tinha disponibilidade em outro. Então, entramos e o frigobar não estava gelando e o chuveiro não tinha água quente. Daí então, nos trocaram de quarto no qual não tinha a “disponibilidade”. No dia seguinte, no café da manhã tinha um quantidade de pão mofado, avisei a moça e ela retirou o produto. Logo mais colocamos suco de manga, e nossa, estava super azedo e passado. Ficamos abismadas, pois não é nossa primeira vez no local, e dessa vez foi uma experiência não muito boa.

Me hospedei recentemente no hotel e, de modo geral, tive uma experiência positiva. A estrutura é bonita, bem cuidada e agradável, embora não seja algo muito luxuoso. Atende bem para quem busca conforto sem grandes extravagâncias. Um ponto muito positivo foi a gentileza dos funcionários, sempre educados e prestativos, o que faz bastante diferença na estadia. Outro benefício interessante é a disponibilidade de carregador para carro elétrico no estacionamento, algo que agrega bastante comodidade. Em relação ao café da manhã, a variedade era satisfatória, porém havia bastante presença de moscas no local, o que acabou tirando um pouco do sossego e do conforto durante a refeição. Acredito que seja um ponto que pode ser melhorado. No geral, é uma boa opção de hospedagem, especialmente pelo atendimento e pela estrutura oferecida.

Preciso deixar registrada a minha insatisfação. Esse foi o pior hotel em que já me hospedei na vida. Tive problemas desde a chegada. O quarto era PCD, e eu não solicitei um quarto PCD, pois não sou PCD, nem meus acompanhantes. Era um quarto para quatro pessoas, ou seja, quatro pessoas precisavam tomar banho. No primeiro dia, apenas uma pessoa conseguiu tomar banho, pois o banheiro alagou e começou a retornar esgoto pelo ralo. Se realmente fôssemos PCD, um cadeirante literalmente teria flutuado. Havia teias de aranha por toda parte. Fomos à recepção relatar o entupimento e disseram que o problema havia sido resolvido. Porém, ao tentarmos tomar banho novamente, o banheiro voltou a alagar, e isso aconteceu em TODOS os dias da nossa estadia. Não nos ofereceram a troca de quarto, alegando que o hotel estava lotado. Além disso, choveu e o forro de PVC do teto começou a gotejar por completo. Chovia mais dentro do quarto do que fora e, por conta disso, acabei escorregando, já que o quarto PCD possuía uma rampa. Reclamamos das goteiras e apenas passaram uma massa no teto, o que não resolveu absolutamente nada. Colchão fino que nem papel, não tem toalha de rosto, não tem sabonete para lavar a mão, funcionários com cara feia, zero receptivos. A porta do banheiro era menor do que o vão e não fechava, ou seja, zero privacidade. Tentamos tomar café no primeiro dia e a porquice e desleixo era a mesma que tinha nos quartos. Então nem café conseguimos tomar. Havia baratas, moscas. Terrível!

descarga não funcionava (quebrada) O controle do ar-condicionado está em péssimas condições. A internet não funciona. O banheiro apresenta alto risco de acidentes (degraus)podendo ocasionar quedas. A tampa da descarga está solta e chega a cair nas costas durante o uso. Boxe pequeníssimo. Baratas. colada à parede, devido ao espaço extremamente inadequado.

Principalmente os quartos, especialmente o standard. Mesmo sendo uma categoria básica, o conforto está bem aquém do esperado. A estrutura é muito simples, o banheiro não possui porta no box e a TV conta apenas com antena comum, pegando pouquíssimos canais. Entendemos que é um hotel de praia e mais isolado, mas esperávamos conseguir ao menos desfrutar um pouco do quarto com conforto, o que não aconteceu. Já nos hospedamos em pousadas simples que oferecem mais comodidade nessa mesma categoria. A área externa é muito bonita, porém os quartos não acompanham o padrão visual do hotel.
