• Late check-in fee: 50 per cent of room rate for check-in between midnight and 6:00 AM
• Late check-out fee: BRL 50 (subject to availability)

This property is managed by a professional host. The provision of housing is linked to their trade, business or profession. This property has outdoor spaces, such as balconies, patios and terraces, which may not be suitable for children. Guests must contact this property in advance to reserve on-site parking. This property accepts cash. On-site parties or group events are strictly prohibited. For guests' safety, the property includes a fire extinguisher in all accommodation.

• There is no hot water on site.
• At check-in, parents or a legal guardian travelling with children under 18 years old are obligated to present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with a photo (for example, a passport). For international travels to Brazil, if only one of the parents is travelling with the child, the parent must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorising the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. If the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorisation, a judicial authorisation is required. People intending to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate prior to travelling for more information.
• Reservations are needed for golf tee times. For reservations, contact the pousada before arrival using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Up to 8 children aged 17 years old and younger stay free in the same room as the parent or guardian when using existing bedding.
• Registered guests are the only ones allowed to be in guestrooms.
• Pets and service animals are not allowed on site.
