Nos colocaram no apartamento 2418, simplesmente terrível, pois acima da laje havia uma máquina de aquecimento que fazia um barulho insuportável. Após reclamarmos, nos mudaram para outro quarto, onde encontrei a pia do banheiro entupida, o colchão deformado de um lado e o ar-condicionado sem funcionar. Depois, fomos para um terceiro apartamento, onde estava tudo ok. Foram três noites consecutivas trocando de apartamento. Também demoravam muito para repor o chopp quando acabava, tanto no bar quanto na área da praia; era preciso ficar pedindo para fazerem a reposição. Ficamos seis dias e, em todos eles, a carne da churrasqueira — a picanha — estava extremamente dura. Estávamos em um grupo de 17 pessoas e uma delas, ao comer um misto-quente feito na chapa, machucou a boca ao morder uma cerda de escova de aço, provavelmente utilizada para limpar a chapa, chegando até a sangrar. Nos seis dias em que ficamos hospedados, o café da manhã era exatamente igual; nada mudava no cardápio.

Decepcionado com a comida . Todos os restaurantes que fomos nada era bom. Comida fria , carne passada demais , massa terrível . Somente as frutas eram agradáveis. Para completar íamos sair do hotel às 7h da manhã e fomos obrigados a deixar as malas na recepção de véspera pq não tinha carrinho para locomoção. Um absurdo um resort com idosos hospedados não ter carrinho para levar as malas pq os motoristas só começavam a trabalhas às 9:40. Quero registrar a atenção dos motoristas Pedro e Wilton super educados e atenciosos. Sendo que o Wilton de espontânea vontade chegou no hotel às 6h da manhã pq ficou preocupado com os hóspedes que iriam sair cedo . Mas o hotel precisa melhorar muito para chegar a um padrão de Resort.

Quarto limpo, local lindo. Nossa insatisfação foi com relação: - Refrigeração: Restaurante sem refrigeração, ambiente muito quente, somente com ventiladores de teto, na sua maioria desligados. - Quanto a alimentação: Padrão bem inferior aos demais vila Gales que conhecemos. Café da manhã de quinta feira sem bolos, Sem pão doce, geleias com pouca opção, sem geleia de frutas vermelhas. Queijos 2 opções somente. Sem máquinas de café, para opções diversas ao café e leite oferecidos. Frutas, melancia sem gosto, esbranquicada, manga verde. Almoço: comida sem tempero, sem gosto. Feijoada de sábado super salgada. Sem farofa. Sem tomate na salada. Demora na reposição dos vinhos. Vinhos brancos e roses sem refrigeração adequada. - Transporte. Tivemos que deixar as malas na recepção um dia antes de sairmos do hotel porque segundo a recepção, nao haveria transporte às 6:00 da manhã, horário que faríamos o check-out . Isto nos causou um imenso transtorno, absurdo nao haver esse serviço devido a distância dos quartos e a recepção. Enfim, pagamos muito caro e nao voltaríamos.

Paguei por uma estadia de 4 dias em um resort, porém desde o primeiro dia enfrentamos sérios problemas com a falta de energia elétrica. Logo na chegada, o hotel ficou sem energia e fomos obrigados a passar o dia inteiro, até aproximadamente 18h, em outro hotel do mesmo grupo, muito inferior, pequeno e sem as comodidades oferecidas pelo resort contratado. O problema persistiu durante toda a hospedagem. Em todos os dias, a energia elétrica era interrompida pela manhã, permanecendo sem funcionamento até por volta das 14h. Com isso, várias áreas ficaram inutilizadas, sem climatização, sem música ambiente e em condições extremamente desconfortáveis devido ao calor intenso nos ambientes fechados. Além disso, no período da noite a energia continuava apresentando instabilidade, caindo e retornando constantemente entre aproximadamente 18h e 20h, comprometendo completamente a experiência da hospedagem, o descanso e a utilização adequada da estrutura que foi contratada e paga. O mais frustrante é que sempre escolho a rede Vila Galé justamente pela confiança na qualidade do serviço. Já me hospedei em pelo menos cinco unidades da rede no Brasil e nunca havia passado por uma situação como essa. A situação comprometeu diretamente a experiência da viagem, já que boa parte do período da hospedagem foi marcada por calor excessivo, instabilidade elétrica e impossibilidade de utilização adequada das áreas e serviços oferecidos pelo resort.

O hotel tem um bom espaço, praia é bonita, quartos antigos e a limpeza deixa a desejar, comida e serviço de bebidas é bem fraca para um all inclusive e pelo valor q se paga, equipe de funcionários atenciosos tentando fazer o melhor com oq tem, espaço para crianças é bem pequeno mas a equipe de recreação é muito boa. Pelor valor da diária no geral o hotel deixa a desejar.

Quarto razoável, não era cama de casal, mas sim duas camas de solteiro juntas. Os brinquedos para criança estavam interditados, em pleno carnaval, data com bastante apelação. O funcionário que corta grama passou cortando em frente ao meu quarto às 8h da manhã, fui para descansar, e as 8h fui acordado por cortador de grama. No mais, o resort cumpre com a ideia, bares e restaurantes muito bons, porém, com dificuldade quando o resort está lotado.

A infraestrutura do resort é muito boa e confortável, faço apenas uma observação sobre a comida. Li várias avaliações e concordo com muitos visitantes, a comida é sem gosto, por fim, não dá vontade de comer. A gente olha mas jao cobiça comer com apetite, mas para nao ficar sem de alimentar. A mesma coisa no Vila Gale Touros, idêntico. Em Touros havia mais variações de pratos servidos, enquanto em Cumbuco era menos, mas da mesma forma, os pratos servidos boa apresentação, mas insosso.

Quarto: fiquei no chalé 3701, onde o colchão muito antigo. Estava todo retorcido de tanto uso, proporcionando grande desconforto. Além disso, acho que havia percejo ou miquim nos colchões, pois bastava eu, minha esposa e meus filhos deitarmos para começarmos a nos coçar. Aparecimento diário de baratas dentro do quarto, mesmo com as janelas e ralos fechados. Acredito que tinha um ninho delas no alisar do portal do banheiro, onde havia uma grande fresta entre a porta e a parede. Muitos banhos gelados, dependendo do horário. A limpeza diária dos quartos também deixou a desejar. O chalé precisa ser reformado e as camas e colchões trocados com urgência. Comida: aquela já conhecida dos resorts. Bebida: sempre de moderada para quente, pois assim o cliente consome menos. Atendimento: mediano; o pessoal tem a cara bem amarrada, parecem que trabalham na força do ódio. À noite, tem uma música infernal (do próprio hotel), próxima à piscina que vai ate depois da meia-noite. Ou seja, quem quer descansar se ferra. A areia da praia é bem suja. Os turistas são porcos e o hotel não faz a sua parte: de pelo menos limpar o trecho de sua faixa de areia. Uma vergonha a Prefeitura não olhar também pela limpeza da praia e conscientização dos turistas e locais mal-educados e sem consciência ambiental. O salva-vidas do hotel não tá nem aí para os hóspedes que se aventuram no mar. Ele simplesmente põe a bandeirinha de praia não vistoriada! Aí é cada um por si. Tem outros Vila bem melhores.

A estrutura é ótima porém precisa melhorar para ser 5 estrelas. Funcionários sempre com cara feia, não solícitos, poucos funcionários. Na banca da tapioca filas todo dia e uma funcionária pra atender sem agilidade e mesma coisa na banca do omelete. A mesma coisa no almoço no local de massas. Fila sempre fila. Comidas ok nada demais. Restaurante temáticos péssimos. Geladeira do quarto não tem cerveja e não pode ter. Sem Room service. Cama de casal era 2 camas de solteiro encostadas. Sinceramente não volto mais. Não vale o valor cobrado. Tem outros muito melhores.

Comodidades, equipe sempre atenta e solícita, os cardápios temáticos dos jantares. Melhorou muito minha percepção do resort , em relação a minha estadia anterior em 2020. Só faltou a liberação do boate no início de semana, poderia ter um baam e um dia , já estaria bom.
