Set in a quiet, established neighborhood, this 5-bedroom, 2-bath home offers plenty of room for up to 11 guests—perfect for large families or groups traveling together. Please note that the side of the house with the yellow King bed and the pink queen bed, has connecting bedrooms. You have to walk through the king bedroom to get to the queen bed room! Inside, you’ll find multiple gathering areas, a large dining table that’s perfect for shared meals, and all the comforts of home.

Step outside to enjoy the fully fenced backyard, ideal for kids to play safely or for relaxing evenings under the stars.

Conveniently located near everything Simpsonville and Fountain Inn have to offer, you’re just 15 minutes from the CCNB Amphitheatre, 25 minutes from Greenville-Spartanburg Airport (GSP), and 30 minutes from vibrant downtown Greenville with its award-winning restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

Whether you’re in town for a concert, a family visit, or just to explore the Upstate, this spacious home provides the comfort, space, and location to make your stay a wonderful one!

Cancellations: Please keep in mind that we will keep 3% of the payment you made to us to cover the credit card fees we had to pay at the time of booking.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between:

Option 1: Damage Waiver ($50) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.

Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:
