The apartment includes an 18 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds (140 x 190 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (80 x 190 cm). The layout is perfect for a family or group seeking comfort and privacy. Bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.

Comfort and Amenities:
The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator-freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, and pod coffee maker). You will also find a washing machine, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi access, vacuum cleaner, and smoke detector. Hot water is provided by an electric water heater, and heating is individual electric.

Outdoors and building amenities:
Enjoy the furnished terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers, a shared swimming pool (secured by a barrier, unheated), a garage, and private parking. Pets are welcome.

The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest.
