Just steps from the sea, this welcoming 80 m² house comfortably accommodates up to 6 people in an ideal setting for a holiday with family or friends. It features a bright 30 m² living room, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm, 1 single bed 120 x 190 cm, and 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm), a shower room, and 2 toilets. The kitchen and numerous amenities (fiber optic Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, flat-screen TV, etc.) ensure a comfortable stay. You will enjoy a fully enclosed, south-facing garden with a terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, and awning, as well as a garage and parking for a convenient and worry-free holiday.
Located 300 meters from the sea and 800 meters from the town center, with the bus station 1 km away and the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station 6 km away, and the Rochefort thermal baths a 15-minute drive away.
PAYABLE upon arrival: 2 security deposits: €600 for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and the tourist tax.
