On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious, welcoming, and well-laid-out 28 m² living room. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, electric hob, dishwasher, pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary crockery and cutlery. Linens and duvets are provided.

The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds (140x190 cm) and one with two single beds (90x190 cm). A shower room with a shower, sink, and separate WC complete the accommodation. Additional comforts include individual electric heating and hot water (water heater), a towel warmer, and a smoke detector.

Outside, you'll appreciate the terrace and enclosed garden of approximately 30 m², furnished with garden furniture and patio furniture to enjoy sunny days (southeast facing). A parking space is available.
