For a family holiday, a town house and a small cottage, close to the beaches and the town center.

The large main house, 100 m², sleeps 6 and comprises, on the raised ground floor: an entrance hall, living/dining room, separate kitchen, shower room, and WC. Upstairs: a landing, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a WC. A large basement includes a pantry and laundry room (washing machine). Kitchen equipment: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker. Leisure facilities: flat-screen TV, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol. Sleeping arrangements: 2 double beds (140 cm), 2 single beds (90 cm). Garden and front steps facing the street, large garden at the rear of the house.

The cottage, sleeps 2, comprises a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom, and a shower room/WC. Kitchen equipment: refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker... Leisure facilities: flat-screen TV, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol... Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed (140 cm). Private, fenced garden.

TO BE PAID upon arrival: 2 security deposits: €600 for the rental, €150 for cleaning, and tourist tax. Pets: €30/pet + a €100 security deposit.

OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival:

- Linens: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linens (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week.

- Cleaning: €150.

The rental agreement is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 PM and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 AM at the latest.
