It includes a living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a shower, and 2 toilets. Kitchen equipment: fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Comfort features: flat-screen TV, garden furniture, deckchairs, etc. Sleeping: 2 x 140 cm, 2 x 90 cm. Located 200 m from the South beach and 150 m from the town center. TO BE PAID upon arrival: 2 security deposits: €500 for the rental, €100 for the cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week. Cleaning: €100. The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 [hidden] and ends on the day of departure at 10:00 [hidden] at the latest.
