Expedia rating of this hotel is totally incorrect. Hotel is very old. Not maintained well. Wi-Fi is HORRIBLE! I consider this place as a cheap motel not a hotel. Pool area is a joke. Picture looks nice but in real I would not go in there. And is key entry not card so you have to bring the room key. Also you have to make sure you get adult size beds, our first room had one adult bed and 2 kids bed which does not make sense since we have 2 adults and we booked for 2 full bed. The bed frame is old wood frame they could not even arrange 2 child beds to make a full bed. Thus they have to get us different room. Location is far away from main place thus very inconvenient and road construction make any walking impossible.

Although we were kind of isolated from the ciry center, we were also conveniently at walking distance from the waterfalls park and birds park. But the best person was the lady at the restaurant, always kind and helpful.

The staff at Canzi was courteous and very helpful with navigating my plans for my stay. The room was comfortable..the pillows were like little clouds. I had never seen the metal screens on the patio doors before, but they obviously help keep the heat out. 10/10 would stay here again.

Walkable to the Brazil side of. Iguazú Falls. Also, very close to the airport only six minutes away. We were able to be one of the first ones in line at the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls which made everything go so smoothly. No lines. Excellent pictures of. Iguazu Falls
