Cleanliness is bad, they have ants damage everywhere in the bathrooms had to change the room twice. Ants like crazy amount of ants. They would do nothing (they bit my daughter ) two staff members where like sisters but one was so bad she didn’t want to give me another room card even though we are two adults! No more towels even though i came at night and they had not cleaned my room and when i was like i need towels she said i will mark them on your room (the towels smell bad when clean and are marked with a sharpie yet they’re afraid i might steal them, or maybe just pure wanting to disrespect me) parked my car in a park and dis embark area( my car was a rental i had booked for a month there) and no it wasn’t cheap! So the cars wasnt fined! It was straight up towed and the transport place where it was towed said that it was very strange to have it towed since they only tow repeatedly fined not moved cars, cars blocking entrances or hazardous vehicles. So after getting to pay the tow and deal with the rental company they needed to investigate if it was me who did an offense they would terminate my contract. So they found out that yes i was parked there some one from the hotel chose to call and call to ask them to come claiming the car has been parked there for weeks ( i left the hotel every single day ) and to come remove it!! Told the manager everything decided i need to move out i deserve a refund on the remaining days so i can stay somewhere they refused!!!

Encontramos um ambiente sujo, quarto que nos deram estava desarrumado, trocamos e outro estava sem toalhas. Recepção horrível, com alguns atendentes arrogantes e sem interesse em ajudar. Não recomendo o hotel! Café da manhã precário e estacionamento à parte do valor da diária.

O hotel, apesar de muito bem localizado, é antigo. A televisão é extremamente pequena e antiga, não tem a função smart e a qualidade de imagem é do início dos anos 2000. O ar-condicionado, além de velho, estava sujo e fraco, mas como estava frio, não o utilizamos muito. A água do chuveiro, apesar de ter um fluxo bom, não esquenta o suficiente, fica morna. O hotel teve um problema com falta de água em um dos dias, que foi restabelecida no mesmo dia, à tarde. Tivemos um problema também com o secador de cabelo velho: liguei para secar o cabelo e ele não queria desligar e, como o fio é embutido na parede, precisamos solicitar a manutenção. O café da manhã é simples, mas o suficiente para o dia a dia. E a equipe é simpática e prestativa. Acredito que uma reforma e algumas atualizações sejam o suficiente para o hotel ter um bom funcionamento.

Instalações muito antigas, pé de uma das camas quebrado o que a deixava instável. Impossível de dormir, barulho muito alto dos outros quartos, das malas sendo arrastadas nos corredores a qualquer hora da noite. Pessoas entrando e saindo, conversas, portas batendo. Simplesmente não existe silêncio nesse hotel. Café da manhã simples, mas nada do que foi oferecido tinha qualidade. Tentamos comer no primeiro dia, em todos os outros preferimos comer em outro lugar.

O estacionamento, além de ser cobrado um valor a parte da diária, é péssimo. Tem 2 entradas, sendo uma muito baixa para pickup e acabei RASPANDO A PINTURA DO TETO e o outro acesso é através de uma rampa muito vertical e estreita. Tem várias marcas nas paredes, que demonstra que já houve vários acidentes. Até tem uma placa com a altura, mas esta errada, marca de menos. Comuniquei ao hotel e nada foi feito. O banheiro, além de não estar bem limpo, matei 2 "baratinhas" em menos de 24 horas. O elevador é lento e pequeno e o café da manhã é razoável. Definitivamente, não recomendo este hotel. Tem outros em Foz com o mesmo valor e com qualidade superior.

O ponto positivo do hotel é a localização, próximo a supermecado, próximo a rodoviária, e para ir até o Paraguai, fica 3,5km... de uber em torno de 10 reais pra ir e pra voltar... existem vários restaurantes próximos e lanchonetes. O ponto negativo é que o hotel precisa de várias reformas. no quarto haviam pisos afundados e quebrados. As toalhas de banho são finas e antigas. Pelo menos o chuveiro é com aquecimento a gás e funciona bem.... O Ar condicionado tb gela bem. Para quem está interessado apenas em dormir no hotel, é um bom lugar, e opção economica, se for com a família, eu já procuraria um outro hotel.... mas como era só para dormir, valeu a pena...

Minha hospedagem no Hotel Mirante, em Foz do Iguaçu, entre 26/05 e 02/06/2026, foi bastante decepcionante. O principal ponto positivo é a localização, que realmente é excelente e próxima de tudo. Infelizmente, o restante da experiência ficou muito abaixo do esperado. Logo ao chegar, encontramos toalhas muito desgastadas e algumas até rasgadas quando solicitamos a troca. O banheiro do primeiro quarto apresentava vazamento no box, molhando toda a área externa durante o banho e criando risco de acidente. Minha esposa quase caiu ao sair do banheiro. Após reclamação, fomos transferidos para outro quarto, que não apresentava vazamento, mas mantinha a mesma característica de estrutura antiga, com móveis, box e roupas de cama bastante desgastados. O maior problema foi a limpeza. Durante quatro dias consecutivos solicitamos a arrumação do quarto e, ao retornarmos, ele continuava sem a devida higienização. Somente após reclamarmos novamente na recepção e nos recusarmos a subir ao quarto até a solução do problema é que a limpeza foi realizada. O café da manhã também deixou muito a desejar. Todos os dias havia praticamente os mesmos itens, com pouca variedade e qualidade inferior ao esperado. Os ovos mexidos estavam sempre ressecados, os pães aparentavam não ser frescos e até os frios servidos eram de baixa qualidade. É uma pena, pois o hotel possui excelente localização e grande potencial. Porém, a falta de manutenção, a deficiência na limpeza e a baixa qualidade dos serviços compr

Tem um ótimo custo benefício, mas o hotel poderia melhorar na questão de reparos, pois o prédio já está um pouco antigo, inclusive os quartos, o banheiro tbm não estava tão cheiroso. Estava no segundo andar e tinha um barulho a noite dos hóspedes conversando. Mas voltaria me hospedar pelo bom custo benefício.
