Charming cottage classified on 3* located in a quiet and clear environment, in the heart of the village of Fraisse des Corbières, a few kilometers only from Durban and Fitou. We are here in Corbières, surrounded by the famous vineyards, and just steps from the Cathar castles. The scenery and wildlife of the surrounding hills are ideal for hiking. Migratory birds have colonized the Sigean pond will delight the curious. Farniente is also the part with the immediate vicinity of the white sandy beaches of Leucate and Port la Nouvelle. The smaller resorts more confidential of La Franqui or Lapalme welcome lovers of authenticity.
Culture is also well attended with the opportunity to discover Narbonne, 1st Gallo-Roman villa outside of Italy ; Salse Castle, massive evidence of Spanish heritage ; the caves of Tautavel, the medieval city of Carcassonne and so many more ... other historical sights.
The semi attached cottage has been completely renovated and decorated with great taste. The materials are noble and warm colors, stone and wood are featured. It opens onto a green area of over 1000 m² with a large private swimming pool secured by a fence at summer time and covered when temperatures drop to spread your swimming season. Usually the cover is on from mid june or end of june (depend on temperature) until mid september. The swimming pool of 8 m X 4 m and 1.30 m of depth is open the year around.
The cottage of 110 m² is very comfortable for 6 people.
At ground floor: spacious living room of 50 m² with lounge and dining room, 1 large kitchen, 1 queensize bedroom and its private shower room, 1 separate toilet. Access to the floor by a passage with 1 beam at 1.70 m, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 independent toilet.

Maison et région très agréables
Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréable, village au calme, paysages magnifiques, au milieu des vignes.
La maison et la piscine sont très bien entretenues, nous garderons de très bons souvenir de notre séjour dans le massif des Corbières.

Erholung und Ruhe
Das Haus hat eine sehr entspannte Lage. Es wurde liebevoll restauriert. Alles war sauber und die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich.
Den einzigen Verbesserungsvorschlag den ich hätte wäre eine Poolheizung.
Zum einkaufen und zum Strand muss man ein paar Minuten fahren was aber in Ordnung ist.
Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Maison très agréable
Excellentes vacances passées au sein de cette propriété. Maison décorée avec goût.
La piscine couverte (ou non) est géniale, bien sécurisée.
L'espace extérieur est spacieux.
Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Isabelle et nous la remercions encore.
2 points négatifs que nous avons relevé : porte d'entrée impossible à verrouiller, nous partions toute la journée sans possibilité de fermer à clé. La douche du rez-de-chaussée mériterait d'être décapée +++ car énormément de moisissures.
Cependant, ce n'est pas ça qui ferait que nous ne reviendrions plus car nous avons passé de belles vacances.

De superbes vacances !
Location conforme à la description. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances, maison, piscine et jardin au top ! Le lieu est vraiment très beau ! 2 semaines passées à une vitesse folle ! Et Merci à Isabelle, pour sa gentillesse et ses conseils ! Nous recommandons vraiment ce lieu.

Superbe sejour dans l Aude
C est 1 belle maison typique des environs !
La piscine est agreable et securisée( difficile à trouver malgre l obligation de securiser les piscines). La maison est grande, il y a assez d espace pour 6.
Espace pour manger est a l abri des feuillage donc jamais au soleil, tres agreable dans cette région où le soleil est bien présent !
Je recommande la maison.
Et en plus vous serez accueilli par Isabelle qui est tres agreable, serviable tout en etant discrete. Une belle rencontre.

Calme absolu
Ayant l'intention de visiter quelques châteaux, nous avions choisi cette maison pour son emplacement et son aspect authentique. La rénovation est bien réussie. Nous avons bien apprécié son confort et la présence de la piscine par grande chaleur. Excellent accueil également. Je recommande aux personnes cherchant le calme et le farniente.
