La verdad que estoy muy disgustado ya que hice mi reservación a traves de EXPEDIA y al llegar al hotel la reserva no aparecía pero me tomaron la tarjeta y me dijeron que seguro llegaría y sino me lo cobrarían a la tarjeta. para mi sorpresa al hacer check out el hotel pe dijo que la "Nueva Administracion" solo trabajaba con "BOOKINGS" y que no tenia acuerdo alguno con Expedia. entonces para poder irme del hotel debían cobrarme la estadía en ese momento. asi que la pague con mi tarjeta y realice el reclamo a expedía. luego de una semana expedía dice que no va a devolverme el cargo que pague con ellos y tambien tengo el cargo del pago al hacer check out. definitivamente alguien miente y se aprovechan de los clientes. esto debe ser tomado en cuenta a la hora de volver hacer alguna reserva a traves del portal donde según mi uso soy cliente Platinum.
