2. Please review house rules. Guests must e-sign our rental agreement and submit a $500 security hold (processed via OwnerRez). The hold is placed 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after checkout if no damages.

4. No unapproved visitors.
5. Exterior cameras only (front parking area). No interior or backyard cameras.
6. No early check-ins/late check-outs for same-day turns.
7. When available: Early CI/Late CO = $100 (up to 2 hrs), $250 (2–4 hrs), or full night rate (4+ hrs).
8. For non-Airbnb bookings, cancellations incur a 3% Stripe processing fee.
