This is the first time I’ve booked a hotel through Expedia that was not at all what was represented in the ad. The area outside the hotel had a surplus of people living on the street and smelt like strong urine. On arrival there was an altercation outside the front doors and police were called. I always book places with A/C which they said they had but the didn’t. The room was 24 degrees. It smelt bad and had stains on the furniture. I didn’t feel safe and it was so bad we left and found an alternate room. Unfortunately the hotel would not refund us

Location was OK, but large bleach stain on the carpet outside of the elevator. Room did not seem clean and our garbage was not emptied when we checked in. The towels are super old and frayed on the edges and gray in color. This hotel definitely needs a refresh.

Not a pleasant check in experience. Room was smelly, helped that rooms had big windows to open. Nasty stain on wall and carpet looked like a cup of coffee had been thrown down. Area adjacent to hotel was awful. However convenient to Station and good shower

Convenient hotel close to Frankfurt Main station

The hotel is very close to the Frankfurt Main station - very convenient if you want to visit other places - Mainz, Cologne or the airport. Also there is a lot of stores nearby. The whole area is a little sketchy but I had no problems. It is about 15 minutes to the Old Town. The room was cleaned daily .

It wasn’t as clean as portrayed. The room was not the greatest. There was duat on the table lamp, and the table itself. I was met with a hair on pillow. Overall, beside the location, nothing is the best for this hotel

This Hotel is convenient for the train station. Sadly there is much work going on in the area and there are some problems with people out front who are a bit frightening. The Hotel needs a bit of updating and painting and the carpets need a good cleaning. The front desk staff were very helpful and if you walked a block towards the river the neighborhood improved quickly.

The hotel is close to the train station, so traveling close or up to a couple of hours was very convenient. The only bad thing has to do with getting hit by second hand smoke when you walk outside the hotel. It’s not the hotel’s fault, just be aware that smoking is more prevalent here.
