Had to ask for maid service which is a little odd. We straightened our beds each day but II did expect towels or washcloths tobe replaced if left on floor. Maid wouldn't know if room was not entered.

Staff at this property are so kind and welcoming. Pool facilities at the hotel were fantastic. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, complimentary laundry facilities very convenient and quick to use. Excellent range of choice for breakfast and coffee very good.

Upon arrival I was very pleased about my selection. I liked the appearance, decor, style of the hotel and staff. Upon entrance in our room, everything was still ok. I immediately used the bathroom, and saw two ants in the bathroom. Thinking they may have come in with us from the outside. I dismissed this. I disposed of the first two. Then I saw them two more separate instances. One occurrence was at the threshold between the tile and carpet. Then i was concerned they were on the carpet. I went to the front desk and they gave us a new room. No ants in the new room. Very Much appreciated! The main thing that I did not like is the placement of the bathroom in from of the beds!! Have the designers slept in these rooms? If anyone has to get up to use the restoom during the night or early morning, you have to turn the lights on (from outside the bathroom door), which blairs right in the face of those in the bed. Even through the frosted glass window in the door. How annoying!!! There is really no night light, thankfully I bring a small one. But in our situation, it wasn't very helpful this trip. If stayling longer than one night, there are no hooks for towels in the bathroom. All in All the hotel is beautiful, the beds were comfortable. But disappointed in the room layout. Going forward I will relview further, before booking this hotel chain/and others for room layout.

The property was clean, the breakfast was included and fine. I did not like that there were parking lot lights shining through the window all night. there were no blackout curtains. There was only sheers. The bathroom is directly in front of the beds with a frosted glass door. So If you turn the light on in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, you wake up everyone in the room. The AC unit was not on when we arrived and the room was very hot
