Outside, you’ll find a spacious deck that’s perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening sunsets while taking in the serene views of the lake. The large fully-fenced (pet-friendly) yard leads directly to the water, offering easy access for swimming, fishing, or simply soaking in the beauty of nature. Bring your boat or fish from your private boat house and dock! We have 2 private boat ramps for you to use in the neighborhood. (Key to unlock the gate is on the key rack).
