Everything you could want at Winter Park - just ten minutes to the slopes of Winter Park ski resort and even closer to down town Winter Park and the convenient grocery shopping in Fraser, CO. Relax on the deck that includes a gas grill. Ski, Hike, Bike, Snowshoe or Cross-country Ski the 23 miles of trails right at your back doorstep. Go to the Fraser River for spin or fly fishing, walk into town in the summer and visit one of the many local restaurants. Go on a Snowmobile or Dog-sledding adventure. Create memories you will share for a lifetime at Lookout Point. This lovely townhome features all the conveniences of a luxury home: top-end appliances, upscale furnishings, WIFI, TV's and games, fireplace, an attached 1-car garage, washer/dryer and more. Luxury 7 person hot tub on lower deck. The Winter Park Ski Shuttle a.ka. “The Lift” operates free ski shuttle service between the Winter Park base and the Rendezvous neighborhood. Enjoy beautiful views from the main floor master's king size bedroom that opens to the upper deck. A second master with a king bed awaits downstairs with full bath with heated tile floors. A bunkroom with two twin bunks and a second living room with sectional sleeper sofa that opens to the patio and the mountain air. A fourth private full bathroom for bunk room also included. Great spot for skiing WP!

Awesome condo with lovely hot tub. Great for our families, close to Winter Park and Granby Ranch ski hills. Host was great on communication. We hope to go back to this condo!

Great space & location

Great location between Winter Park & Fraser with stunning views. Spacious layout, high ceilings, and plenty of room for our group of 8 adults. Bunks were a bit tight for college-aged adults, but we knew what to expect and they adjusted. There was ample space elsewhere during the day including plenty of baths with excellent water pressure. Everything thing was pretty well-stocked, and the hot tub was a hit (my only suggestion was a few more hot tub towels). Large dining table and peninsula were perfect for buffet meals. The deck was great for storage and enjoying the weather. Garage had space for a truck and ski gear, plus plenty of parking for other vehicles out front. Easily unloading and reloading. Highly recommend and would rent again!

Amazing Location & Nice Property

We were 2 families going skiing at Winter Park. We were extremely pleased with the location, overall layout of the property and coziness. The property manager was hands down snacking and incredibly responsive. We had a small plumbing issue and I couldn’t have asked for it to be handled better. The only feedback I’d say is that the house & offerings need a little TLC. There were things missing that i would have expected to see especially in the kitchen.

Fantastic Cabin for Skiing

The cabin was extremely comfy and we were able to enjoy the beautiful day on the mountain. The kitchen was perfect and met all our needs, we also were able to have our game nights after skiing.

Great spot, take out the trash or you'll get hit with a fee

Great overall. Follow the rules to a T or you'll pay. Also inquire about the hot tub, we had a few people with rashes afterwards, one who had to go on antibiotics

Weekend trip to Winter Park

Great location close to lots of hiking and mountain biking trails. We loved the easy of being able to walk out the back door to hike with our toddler. Hot tub and balcony views were lovely. Emily was great with communication and very accommodating! Hope to be back for another trip!

Winter park jazz

We had a chance to stay for the jazz festival. The location was amazing and easy access to everything in town and not far from the resort. It is perfect for families or if you want to have a quiet stay to just enjoy the mountains. The house was able to accommodate the grandparents and grandkids. Everything was clean and included everything a family would need for a comfortable mountain vacation. There is a trail in the backyard and the kids had a great time following the trail to the park.
