Welcome to our condo at Waterside West Unit D305.
Enjoy this inviting and modern 2 bedroom unit located on the second floor with a cozy open floor plan, hardwood flooring, private deck with mountain views. Located in Fraser close to numerous year round outdoor adventures and just a short drive to the Winter Park Resort.
The main living area is furnished with comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV, gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings and a private deck offers stunning mountain views. Adjacent to the living area is the dining area that can seat up to 4 guests, along with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen boasts new cabinets and appliances.
The primary bedroom features a vaulted ceiling, a King bed and en-suite bathroom and access to the private deck. The second bedroom is perfect for extra sleeping options offering a double/double bunk beds and access to the main hallway bathroom.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The condo was large and had everything we needed. We were a family staying with an infant and our dog. It was extremely close to the grocery store and dining options in Fraser. Very much enjoyed walking the Fraser trail near by. We appreciated how quiet the area around us was. So relaxing to enjoy an evening on the balcony. It felt very homey. Like most mountains homes there is no air conditioning however the property was stocked with fans for our comfort. I would stay here again.
