The host offered great communication. Our cabin was exactly as listed. You can't beat the views and the proximity to local sights. My husband and I came to hike at Enchanted Rock and enjoy some post-holiday festivities in Fredericksburg. We will be staying again or recommending to friends who are in the area. Thanks again!

We stayed during the Labor Day weekend. The property is amazing. If you are looking for peace , quiet and nature, then this is the place. Be prepared to drive a little for food. Night sky was amazing. Got to see game mornings and evenings. Lot of hummingbirds. Few improvements which would enhance the property- Bed was comfortable but was squeaking a lot. Would be good to increase the height of the shower. Users over 5.8” need to bend to shower. Would be good to have a EV charger.

Very nice cabin with all the amenities needed and a large porch with a clear view of Enchanted Rock. Wonderful dark skies for stargazing and meteor showers. Hummingbirds were active (up to six at one time), deer, and jackrabbits. Coyotes howling, Screech owls, birds, cattle. Wonderful sunrises.

Great place...only one minor issue

Great place overall. Place was clean and with great views of Enchanted Rock. One minor recommendation is to install curtains. While the blinds work ok, the sun peeks through in the mornings for those that may like to sleep in a bit. Lastly, and the only reason I omitted a star, is one of the morning's a truck was driving right next to the property honking his horn steadily for about 30 minutes rounding up cows. Quite annoying to hear while on vacation and relaxing in the morning. Otherwise, a decent stay.

Great Hill Country Cabin

My son and I loved the location because it is so close to Enchanted Rock. In fact, you can see the Enchanted Rock Natural Area from the cabin. Great views! Cabin was very clean and homey. We appreciated the full kitchen.

Cozy Cabin

Our stay at the cabin was absolutely lovely. We had a wonderful time with our 2 small childen. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay. The scenery is absolutely beautiful. We loved that it was in a secluded area with only a few other cabins around. It was a wonderful getaway for a fews days to enjoy some family time outdoors, Enchanted Rock, Fredericksburg and staying at the cabin.It's a short drive to Enchanted Rock and Fredericksburg downtown area. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking to get away for a few days during the week or weekend, whether you're a couple, a family or friends. It was clean, well managed, communicating with the host was excellent, the property was exactly what was listed online. We had an amazing time and we hope to come back again sometime.Thank you from all of us.
