Perfect for a girls or family getaway with a unique room layout. The kitchen is fully stocked and you'll absolutely love our outdoor spaces!

This special home was built in 1984 for Alice. Since then it has been expanded an updated into the charming home it is today. We have added additional updates throughout the entire house including renovated bathrooms, an additional private 3rd shower all featuring modern rain shower heads, and mid century tile accents. We have remodeled the 3 car garage into a yoga/free weight all equipped Gym with yoga mats, a smart TV, Fans, and spinning bike for your personal enjoyment and fitness needs. We know you'll enjoy the eclectic, mid century yet farm country style accents our unique home has to offer.

Outdoor Space (s):

We have now added a Cowboy pool to enjoy from cooling off the summer heat. There are plenty of amazing outdoor sitting spaces that you'll get to enjoy while catching up with friends or family and or cooking out, star gazing. We have a fire pit area, stocked with wood and marshmallow skewers ready for those perfect smore's roasting.

About the Bedrooms- we gladly accommodate up to 12 guests with shared beds or 7 individuals with 1 person per bed/bedroom.

Our home is perfect for a girls getaway or family gathering. In regards to exceeding 3-4 couples, please read the description below regarding our unique layout.

**ABOUT THE BEDDING SPACE-** PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY & VISIT OUR VIRTUAL TOUR

The bedding layout was maximized for additional sleeping arrangements. We converted several of the attached original large closet spaces into bedrooms to maximize and accommodate more sleeping arrangements/guests. We also added a separate AC unit to ensure added comfortability for our upstairs guests.

More about the Bedrooms:

You will find the master bedroom located downstairs with a king bed and en suite shower/bath.

Also downstairs you will find an added gorgeous shower and detached half bathroom adjacent to the mudroom.

There is also a half bath and sink in the garage/gym.

Upstairs you’ll find the remainder of the bedrooms/sleeping arrangements.

Immediately upstairs you will find our OPEN loft with a Queen bed and Available pull out -Full Sofa bed - picture featured with yellow sofa and chest board

To the right of the stairs there is a Full Bed-Bedroom (Pink Triangle Room), with ANOTHER private bedroom INSIDE featuring a Queen Bed (Floral Wallpaper Room) These 2 rooms share an entry and exit door but can be closed off privately to one another with a door in between.

To the back of the Loft there is another Master Bedroom with a queen bed & en-suite shower/bath. (Room with hanging plants) This room also has a private entrance and exit that leads to the side or front entrance/porch of the house.

Adjacent to the upstairs master BR INSIDE is another private bedroom featuring a full bed (we like to call the Plant room since it has lots of plants inside). Both the Upstairs Master and Full Bedroom share an entry and exit door but have a privacy door in between bedrooms.

All of the upstairs bedrooms currently share the 1 shower/bath located inside the upstairs master bedroom. We have added a gorgeous 3rd private shower adjacent to the half bath located in the mud room area for additional shower accommodations.
