As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please allow all hot coals to cool completely inside the grill before disposing of them. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. If it is discovered that the fire pits/chimineas/outdoor fireplaces were used or wood was burned during your stay, a fine starting at $100 will be applied. Really cute property and great location. We weren’t able to use the pool and hot tub much as there were too many mosquitoes, but the backyard is really cute. Would recommend.

Cute & fun place for girls getaway!

My friend and I stayed here for a little girls weekend in Fredericksburg! The place had everything we needed and was so cute! The backyard was awesome with a pool, sitting areas, and hot tub. Beds were super comfortable. The road noise was a little loud in one of the rooms, but the host provided white noise machines which blocked it out. We were close to town and to restaurants and grocerystores. Also was very nice to have a covered patio since it poured rain when we were getting packed up to leave.
