Staff was amazing, totally saved my trip. The hotel was in the middle of updating the lobby but the rooms need updating even more. There were stains on the carpet in my room, the water pressure in the shower was the worst and the bed was lumpy.

Extremely high quality all around. Only issue was the impact that renovations created on the first floor. Breakfast room was being renovated. Also affected was the gym and pool which were closed. They we just finishing up the work ao we'll be staying here again on the way back north.

Disappointing stay

Would not recommend until construction is finished. Very disappointing stay. Lots of construction everywhere. Loud noises most of the day. Pool and gym were closed. Super high pet fee. No notification about any of this. No discount for any of this.

Hotel is an active construction zone. Full of hazardous dust suspended in the air and the constant use of gasoline-powered, utterly deafening power tools mere feet from where you check in. Tile chunks and dust were hitting my feet as I attempted to speak with a representative. It’s not safe for any guests, let alone a family with a 19-month-old. Elevators were not working properly and there was NO running water in our room upon arrival. I work for a global fire and building code development firm, and I’ve already reported the situation to the local fire and building departments. I’ll also be disputing the charge with my bank.
