Lone Star Cabin No. 13 is located just 5 ½ miles east of downtown Fredericksburg on US Hwy 290 right in the middle of a number of special destination points. The Cabin is approximately 550 square feet in size with a large Primary Bedroom, King size bed & closet, and large bathroom. The floor plan includes a living room, with seating and a nice coffee bar with sink and cabinets. There is a smart TV in the living room. The Cabin has a front and back covered porch areas with rocking chairs.

Beautiful cabin!

We have stayed at Lone Star Cabins a few times. The cabins are spotless, thoughtfully and beautifully decorated and well stocked. The owner is easy to communicate with - they take wonderful care of the property. We love the location - on 290 - close to everything but quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend any of these cabins.

Perfect weekend getaway

This brand new cabin was perfect for me and my husband. The kitchenette had everything we needed (mini fridge, coffee, microwave, and plates/utensils). Loved the spacious bathroom and the comfy king bed. The location was quiet and peaceful.

We have stayed at these properties many times. It’s always our first choice. As always it’s far enough out of town that the nights give you a country feel but close enough that it’s a short pleasant drive to go back to Fredericksburg. We are already planning another trip next month!

Weekend Getaway

We’ve stayed at Lone Star Cabins several time in the past. It has always been enjoyable. This time was no different. The cabin was new and in great condition. My favorite feature is the their trademark walk in shower! The property is just the right distance from town that you still get the country feel. We’ve already booked our next stay!

Property is brand new as of March 2023. Everything was as advertised. Comfortable bed, hot water, good A/C. Not sure if advertised, but couch did have a pull out bed if needed for kids. Quick responses from property owner. Safe location. My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay and have no complaints. Would book again in the future.
