Newly remodeled home w/ a backyard oasis, beautiful hot tub blocks from downtown

Lovely, newly remodeled, home just a short 20 minute walk from downtown! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a hot tub and private fenced back yard will surely melt all of your worries away. All bedrooms have a king bed and we have a roll a way available on site.

Our single level home is 10 blocks from historic Main Street. There are many amazing restaurants, wineries and even a food truck park a few blocks from your door.

The kitchen is accommodated with a coffee pot, crockpot, baking dishes, pots pans, utensils, wine glasses, beer mugs and dishes for you to enjoy.

After you enjoy everything Fredericksburg has to offer you can step outside and enjoy the private hot tub with your favorite beverage and play corn hole! You can also snuggle on the couch and binge watch your favorite shows or watch a movie. (WiFi is included and a smart Tv no services or cable or dvds included)

Excellent, clean and comfortable place. Feels right away at home. Full amenities. Hot tub is a huge bonus. We did not get a chance to use it this time but can already see how relaxing it must be during the cooler nights to enjoy the outdoors in a hot tub!

Very cute house and super close to everything! We liked our stay very much HOWEVER, the hot tub looked a bit cloudy when we used it and we just thought it was chlorine or something since in previous reviews the host says it is cleaned after every guest. Since coming back every girl on the trip has bumps and a rash all over their body. We have all been to dr or emergency room since then and they have told us it looks like Hot tub folliculitis. Which means this hot tub is not being cleaned properly. DO NOT GET IN THE HOT TUB IF IT LOOKS CLOUDY!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Just Peachy. The house was spotless and well stocked. It’s one of the best locations we have stayed at in Fredericksburg. Hot tub was nice and we laughed at the tom cat drama going on while we were outside but it is a quiet neighborhood. Having king sized beds in all the bedrooms makes it ideal for our group of 3 retired couples and the beds are high quality. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved your home and look forward to booking again the next time we visit. Just a couple of things we noticed. There was only one hand towel in each bathroom. We were four ladies staying and fell like there should be at least 2 in each bathroom. The hot tub was cloudy and dirty. You offered to come and clear it up, but we did not feel comfortable using it. Not a deal breaker for us though. Just wanted to let you know.
