The Bird Haus is a family owned and operated studio vacation rental cottage in Fredericksburg, TX, nestled a mile from the hustle and bustle of Main Street. It has been operating for over twenty years. The majority of our guests are couples looking to enjoy a cozy retreat.

Studio: A comfortable king bed with a sitting area and snack bar is the perfect place to tuck away after touring all that Fredericksburg has to offer.

Master Bath: Take the time to draw a bath in the large jacuzzi tub that has plenty of room for two. Bath and toiletries are supplied for a relaxing evening.

We pride ourselves on our ability to cater to our guests!

Bird Haus Bliss

My spouse and I were looking for a quick weekend getaway in iconic Fredericksburg, Texas and the Bird Haus was the perfect place from which to do that. The Bird Haus was cozy, comfortable, quiet, and quaint. It was well-provisioned with snacks and drinks. Given the summer heat as we explored the many wineries and local shopping, we especially appreciated the many complimentary waters. And the jacuzzi tub was a welcome relief. We loved our little couples getaway and our Bird Haus bliss!

Great Cozy Cottage!

Very comfortable stay

My mom and I came in for a night for wine sipping and night out. The property was very comfortable, clean and relaxing. Complimentary snacks and bath products were a lovely touch! Communication was prompt and owner was very helpful. The location is on a busier street however there is a nice privacy fence that helps with road noise.
