Absolutely wonderful! The house was in a perfect location for walking to Main Street. It’s in a nice, quiet area. We slept so good! The backyard was so nice to sit under the pergola for evening wine and morning coffee. The house was clean and nicely decorated. It felt comfortable and welcoming as soon as you walked in! It was super hot the weeknd we were there and it’s nice that every room has ceiling fans (as does the pergola) and the AC works like a champ! The kitchen has everything you could need. We are already planning our next girls trip back!

What a super cute house! We loved hanging out in the back yard at the end of the day. Conveniently located, close enough to walk to the downtown festival. The mattress (king/master) was VERY firm - heads up if you need a softer mattress. Nice quiet neighborhood. We had a great time!

Our stay here was a great experience. The house has a very comfy cozy feel to it. My friends and I had the bestest time. The relaxed and chill atmosphere of the neighborhood was an added bonus. Mornings in the backyard drinking coffee and chatting with friends was very therapeutic. Definitely will choose this place again in the future.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was in a great central location from Main Street, the grocery store and restaurants. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms and extra blankets if needed. The kitchen cabinets and drawers were labeled which made it easier to locate items. I liked the guestbook because we were able to get suggestions from others about where to go in town. I enjoyed my stay.

Granddaughter birthday weekend.

We visited Fredericksburg to celebrate our granddaughters 21st birthday. Had lots of fun and made many great memories that I’m sure our granddaughter will always cherish. The house was very clean with easy access to the downtown tourist area. House was everything we expected and more. We will be back!

This is a charming house with a great outdoor seating area in the back. The house is furnished very comfortably with comfy beds, furnished kitchen and nice areas for conversation and socializing. Definitely would stay here again.
